Actor, producer and entrepreneur Ryan Reynolds will be at State Theatre New Jersey on Sept 25.
Reynold’s is hosting a special screening of the film "John Candy: I Like Me." The event will act as part of the national tour to celebrate the release of the film and the legacy of comedian John Candy.
The movie was directed by Emmy-nominated filmmaker Colin Hanks and incorporates never-before-seen archival footage, personal stories and interviews that showcase Candy’s career.
Following the screening, Reynolds will take part in surprising attendees with unexpected guests, including Candy’s friends and family who will speak to Candy’s artistry.
Part of the proceeds collected from the tour will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
