Education Secretary Betsy DeVos announced that the Trump administration is scrapping the Obama-era guidance on investigations into sexual assault on college campuses.
DeVos says the rules were unfairly skewed against students accused of assault. She says she wants to make sure those who are accused get adequate due process.
Rutgers had 23 reports of sexual assaults on campus last year.
