A bill authored by Republican state Sen. Joe Pennacchio calls for all state spending to be made public on a new state Web site.
Sen. Joe Pennacchio's transparency bill carries the backing of both the NJ Taxpayers Association and Americans for Tax Reform. Pennacchio hopes to have his bill passed when the Legislature returns to session later in the month.
