State of emergency declared in New Jersey as state could get up to 10 inches of of snow

Towns across New Jersey are planning ahead to accommodate more outdoor dining.

According to NJ.com, towns such as Hoboken, Ridgewood, and Red Bank are planning on closing streets to traffic, and turning them into pedestrian walkways.
Closing the streets will offer more outdoor dining to restaurants, and give people more space while they shop at area stores.
Gov. Phil Murphy had announced outdoor dining and non-essential retails will return June 15.
