Police in Fairfield are reminding residents to remain vigilant after recent car and home break-ins.

Three separate incidents involving cars and homes took place in the span of just one week.

Police say a home was broken into using a crowbar while keys, cash and even a gun were taken from a resident's kitchen.

Two of the incidents happened in broad daylight.
