Saturday marks four years since Superstorm Sandy wrought damage and devastation in New Jersey.
Rebuilding efforts are still continuing in some communities, including hard-hit Belmar.
Construction began last May on the $4 million project to rebuild the Belmar pavilion that was destroyed by Superstorm Sandy.
Once completed, the pavilion will be used to hold summer events open to the public as well as private rental use.
Belmar Mayor Matt Doherty says he is very proud of how far the community has come in the past four years.
