Prosecutors: Red Bank plumber admits to secretly filming women and children

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office says Christopher Cox hid his cellphone to record victims in stores and inside the homes of his plumbing clients.

A Red Bank plumber is facing eight years in prison for secretly recording women and children throughout Monmouth and Union counties.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office says Christopher Cox hid his cellphone to record victims in stores and inside the homes of his plumbing clients.
An investigation led to the discovery of videos showing 27 victims.
Authorities say Cox will be sentenced in December.
