A 23-year-old Raritan man is facing numerous charges related to the possession of child sex abuse materials.
The Somerset County Prosecutors Office says Joseph Vega Ramirez is accused of uploading several explicit photographs of minors to a messaging app.
He was arrested for the offense last Tuesday, according to authorities.
Law enforcement also seized around 34 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, and 35 grams of pills believed to be ecstasy.
He is being held in Somerset County Jail awaiting a hearing.
