Police were dispatched Wednesday around 6:30 p.m. for a report of a large gathering on the corner of 8th Street and Madison.

Police found a group of around 60 to 70 people gathered for a funeral.
According to police, the gathering was in violation of Executive Order No. 107 signed by the governor banning gatherings of people, whether they be at weddings, parties, celebrations, or other social events including funerals.

While police tried to break up the gathering, the crowd became unruly.
Police say one man even gave a false name and social security number. He was later taken into custody.
