Prosecutor’s Office: Man sexually abused 7-year-old girl; facing multiple charges
The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office has announced a man from Hackettstown has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl.

a man from Hackettstown has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a
7-year-old girl.
Authorities received
information on Oct. 14 that the female was sexually abused. Through the course
of the investigation, it was determined Victor Torres engaged her in
various sexual acts.
Torres is facing multiple charges, including
aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
He’s being held in Warren
County Jail and is scheduled for a detention hearing on Friday.
The relationship between the two is unknown at this time.
