yesterdayAn arrest has been made in connection to the shooting death of an 18-year-old man from Maplewood.
The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office says that 20-year-old Yohan Hernandez has been charged with the murder of Moussa Fofana.
Fofana was shot and killed on June 6 while inside Underhill Field on Garfield Place. Another man was also shot, but survived.
Investigators identified Hernandez as the alleged shooter. He was arrested on Thursday and charged with murder, aggravated assault and weapons charges.
