(AP) - Prosecutors say three people have been arrested and will face charges in a pair of homicides a quarter-century ago in New Jersey.
The Monmouth County prosecutor's office announced the arrests Friday night in a post on Twitter and said more details would be provided later.
Prosecutors cited the slaying of 24-year-old Ana Mejia, whose body was found in December 1994 in the Long Branch apartment she shared with her young children.
The following year, her brother-in-law, 51-year-old Nicholas Connors, was murdered in his Long Branch home. Prosecutors said the suspects will face charges in both slayings.
