A crash in North Bergen landed a police officer in the hospital and two suspects are now being sought, the Hudson County prosecutor says.
The prosecutor says a Fairview officer was attempting to make a traffic stop of an Audi when it collided with another vehicle.
The Audi continued driving through North Bergen where it crashed, and the two occupants in the car took off.
The officer and two passengers in the vehicle involved in the collision with were taken to the hospital and are expected to recover.
