A 1-year-old boy drowned Wednesday in Spotswood, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office says.
Officials say that Spotswood police were called to a home just before 11:30 a.m. Wednesday for reports that a child was found in the pool and wasn’t breathing.
First responders performed CPR on the child, and he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
