A Passaic County man who won a $338 million Powerball jackpot is now facing child sexual assault charges.

Police say that 49-year-old Pedro Quezada, of Wayne, faces multiple charges including first-degree aggravated sexual assault. Authorities say that he assaulted a girl when she was between the ages of 11 and 14 when Quezada lived in Passaic.

Quezada won $338 million in 2013 from the Powerball lottery.

Eight months after his win, his former live-in girlfriend took him to court for not sharing the jackpot. The suit was later dropped after the two agreed to a settlement.

Quezada was also accused of reneging on a promise to pay the rent of all the neighbors on his block.

If convicted on the assault charges, he could face 40 years in prison.
