Brothers Michael and Bryan Morin, the owners of Federico's, took out a $50,000 credit because they wanted to ensure employees would have a job for at least the next two months.
As word of their pledge got around, the neighborhood rallied too, making their own donations, and of course, buying delicious pizza.

But last Tuesday, the popular pizzeria closed after Brian came down with a fever and then tested positive for coronavirus.
He's doing much better now, and although not yet back to work, his brother and employees are after a professional company cleaned the entire building.
"They basically sanitized the whole kitchen, the whole downstairs has been sanitized, it's like a fog and he actually ended up sanitizing the drivers too, they brought their cars in and he sanitized all that stuff too," says Michael.
Michael says he's fascinated at how their story has not just been known statewide, but nationally.
