Poppi drinkers can cash in after nearly $9M class-action lawsuit

Ever tried the prebiotic drink Poppi? You could get some money from it.
The drink’s previous owner, VNGR Beverage LLC, has settled a class-action lawsuit that says the drink was improperly marketed as being “gut healthy” despite a lack of evidence.
Court records show the company did not admit to any wrongdoing, but it will refund nearly $9 million to the public.
You can get $0.75 per single can, $3 for each four-pack, $6 for each eight-pack and $9 for 12/15-packs.
But without proof of purchase, you can only get $16 maximum.
