A woman in Franklin is accused of threatening to bomb a local McDonalds, and targeting an employee's house.
The incident happened Monday around 9:30 a.m. when police received a call from the franchise owner of the Franklin McDonald's on State Highway 23 that he had received a bomb threat via text message.
According to police, Amanda Toth, 26, of Wantage, sent the threats by text and used an app to disguise her phone number.
Patrols responded and cleared the building, and no explosives were detected.
Toth was charged with causing a false public alarm, identity theft, and cyber harassment.
