Police say they've arrested the man who allegedly stole a wheelchair that belongs to a 14-year-old boy with cerebral palsy.
A Leonia police officer on patrol saw the wheelchair outside of Michael Peralta's home.
Police say Peralta, of Palisades Park, admitted to stealing the wheelchair.
As News 12 has reported, surveillance video shows two suspects taking the wheelchair from outside the front door of an apartment building on Broad Avenue on Thursday.
It is unknown if police have located the second suspect at this time.
