A Lakewood man is facing child porn charges.
Police say they arrested Samual Schwinger following a tip from the parents of a girl from Oklahoma.
Schwinger is a registered sex offender serving 10 years probation for a sexual assault out of Cook County, New York.
He is being held until a hearing is held.
