Police are investigating a fatal shooting at a gas station in Elizabeth.The incident took place Wednesday night at the Shell gas station at the corner of Newark and Fairmount avenues. According to several people, the victim was the man who owned the gas station. When News 12 New Jersey called the station, a worker said "my boss is dead."Investigators were seen coming out of a building across the street from the gas station Thursday morning with what appeared to be bags of evidence.
