The three police officers involved in a fatal encounter at a Keansburg pharmacy in January will not face criminal charges.
James Sutton was shot as the officers were trying to save a pharmacy employee he had been holding at knifepoint while demanding oxycodone.
They opened fire after he tried to stab an officer in response to their attempts to taze him.
The jury voted that there should be no charges against the officers.
