A man and woman from Hudson County were arrested Wednesday and charged with practicing dentistry without a license, police say.

Frank Macias and Marly Vasquez, both 60, are also accused of possessing lidocaine and hypodermic syringes. Police say the two worked on patients in a room without a sink and used an office chair instead of a dentist chair.

If convicted, Macias and Vasquez could face up to five years in prison.
