Police say the 17-year-old mother of a child who ate a THC gummy is set to appear in juvenile court in Jersey City.

Police say the 17-year-old mother of a child who ate a THC gummy is set to appear in juvenile court in Jersey City.
A 1-year-old in Secaucus was rushed to Hudson Regional Hospital last week after police said the child showed signs of intoxication after eating the gummy which belonged to they’re mother and her boyfriend.
The boyfriend will also appear in court, according to police.
There is no word yet on when he will appear in court.
