Police in Montclair say that a man who apparently wasn’t wearing any pants asked two 11-year-old girls for directions earlier this month.
Police say that it happened on Jan. 24. They say that the two girls were walking home from school near Park Street and Buckingham Road when a man driving a minivan asked them for directions to Bloomfield Avenue.
Police say that the girls said that the man wasn’t wearing any pants. After a brief exchange, the man drove away northbound on Park Street, according to officials.
The driver is described as a Hispanic man in his 40s or 50s who had short, dark-colored hair. He spoke with a strong accent, according to police. The minivan is described as light blue with New Jersey license plates. It also had a stick-figure family stick on the back window.
