Police in Ridgewood say a man took inappropriate pictures of Immaculate Heart Academy students hanging out after school at a Starbucks.
According to police, Louis Tournour, of Paramus, was arrested Friday at the location on Route 17 South.
Police had first received a complaint about a man taking photos of students Thursday at the shop.
Officers responded, but Tournour left before they arrived.
Police say Tournour returned to the shop Friday and was again called in as a suspicious person. Police arrived shortly after the report.
He’s been charged with one count of stalking and one count of invasion of privacy for snapping pictures.
