Police in Newark say a man walked into a church during Mass and threatened parishioners with harm, and it was later discovered he allegedly had gas cans in his car trunk.

Police in Newark say a man walked into a church during Mass and threatened parishioners with harm, and it was later discovered he allegedly had gas cans in his car trunk.
The incident happened Sunday morning at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
According to police, a church security member was able to pull the man outside where he broke free, got into his car and drove off. 
Police say the suspect was found and arrested.
There were no injuries to report.
