Police: Man spit on multiple officers, claimed he had COVID-19 during domestic incident arrest

Police say a man from Camden has been charged with spitting on police officers and claiming he had COVID-19 after he was arrested in a domestic incident.

Police say a man from Camden has been charged with spitting on police officers and claiming he had COVID-19 after he was arrested in a domestic incident.

According to police, Anthony McKee, 31, first allegedly spit on two officers while they were attempting to speak with him though a police vehicle window. He told the officers he had coronavirus, and they were going to get it.
Police say he was transported to Cooper University Hospital for testing, where he allegedly spit on another police officer.

McKee is charged with two counts of terroristic threats during an emergency, two counts of throwing bodily fluid at an officer, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and two violations of the emergency orders.
