Stafford Township police say that they have arrested and charged a man accused of pulling a gun on the person who as trying to repossess his motorcycle.
According to police, the driver of the repo company says that Michael Arnold, 46, pulled a handgun from his back waistband and ordered them off of his property when the company tried to repossess his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
One of the repo drivers was apparently wearing a Go-Pro camera and Arnold allegedly ordered him to give up the camera. Police say he took the camera into his garage and then gave it back a few minutes later.
Arnold was arrested at his girlfriend's house a few miles away. He was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and unlawful possession of a weapon.
His bail was set at $50,000. He is being held at the Ocean County Jail.
