It happened early Friday morning at an apartment complex off Route 73 in Maple Shade.
Police found a 26-year-old man outside who had been shot in the face. He underwent emergency surgery at a hospital in Camden.
The other man, Maurice Kobassic, was also outside.
No arrests have been made yet.
