According to prosecutors, Robert Schaub, 35, of Lindenwold, attempted to enter the store last Monday after he was banned from going inside. During a recent incident, he was charged with trespassing.
Prosecutors say once inside, a clerk who recognized him told him to leave. Schaub is accused of threatening to spit on the clerk, saying he had coronavirus, and hoped she would get it and then die.
