yesterdayPolice arrested a man in Gloucester County who allegedly abused a cat and left it for dead.
The suspect has been identified as Christopher Pozzi. Video from a doorbell camera shows the cat being thrown violently onto concrete floor several times before it was disposed of in a dumpster.
The cat was later found in critical condition and taken to Gloucester County Animal Control to receive medical care.
The cat remains in critical condition.
