An Egg Harbor Township man accused of fatally striking a bicyclist while driving drunk has been indicted for vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.

Authorities say Shawn Duffy struck Neil Burman on Steelmanville Road and fled the scene in February.

Burman, also a resident of Egg Harbor Township, died of his injuries.
