Police say the driver in a crash on the parkway last year that killed four people had a blood alcohol level 2.5 times the legal limit.
The crash happened just before 3 a.m. in Toms River, hours after Christmas Day.
According to police, the car driven by Kevin Quispo-Prieto, of Beachwood, slammed into a tanker truck on the parkway.
Police say Quispo-Prieto, his brother Jimmy, 23, of Lakewood, and friends Victor Lugo, 24, and Robert “Bobby Ordeñana, 23, also of Lakewood, were all killed in the crash.
New Jersey State Police says it was the deadliest car accident on New Jersey roads last year.
