Police: Driver charged in fatal pedestrian crash in New Brunswick

Police say Juan Gonzalez struck and killed Teddy Davis Friday night while he was walking on Route 27 near Van Dyke Avenue.

A driver accused of fatally striking a pedestrian with his car in New Brunswick has been arrested.
Police say Juan Gonzalez struck and killed Teddy Davis Friday night while he was walking on Route 27 near Van Dyke Avenue.
Davis, 70, of New Brunswick, was taken to a hospital but did not survive.
Police say Gonzalez, 43, was charged with driving without a license and causing the death of another person in the third degree.
