Police say they have arrested a second teen in a break-in at a Shirley school where racist graffiti was found in a classroom.

Police say they have arrested 19-year-old Salvatore Davis, of Mastic Beach, and charged him with burglary.

Earlier this morning, one of Davis’ alleged accomplices faced a judge.

Ayden Dellysse-Fox, 19, pleaded not guilty to burglary. The judge ordered that he be put on supervised release after he allegedly gave a detailed statement with disturbing information, that the judge said gives the state a good case against him. He has no prior record.

Dellysse-Fox was arrested Wednesday after Suffolk police say the release of surveillance photos yielded a number of tips to the Crime Stoppers tip line.

Dellysse-Fox, Davis and two other males allegedly broke into Hubert S. Elementary School in Shirley through a window on Sept. 26. The group allegedly stole candy and ice cream and drew racist things on a classroom whiteboard.
