An early morning police chase that began in Roxbury and ended in Parsippany ended with a fiery crash and three burglary suspects in the hospital.
According to Morris County prosecutors, Roxbury police officers responded to a burglar alarm at a business on Route 46 that went off. A pursuit was initiated with the suspect’s car that traveled to Route 10.
The pursuit ended when the suspect’s vehicle collided with the median near the intersection at Route 10 and Powder Mill Road in Parsippany, prosecutors say. The suspect’s car caught fire after crashing into the median.

Three suspects were taken to Morristown medical with serious injuries. No police officers were injured.
Lanes were closed on Route 10 while police investigated the incident, but traffic has since reopened.
The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the incident. There’s no word yet on what business was involved, how fast the suspect vehicle was traveling when it crashed into the median or the extent of the suspect's injuries.
