Police in Passaic County arrested an alleged drug dealer and the man he was selling to in Paterson after receiving an anonymous tip.
Detectives say they witnessed Corby Jackson make a drug deal with Nicholas Bonavita.
According to investigators, Jackson sold Bonavita 15 packets of heroin. They say another 140 packets were found in Jackson's apartment.
Both men were placed under arrest.
