Police in Rockaway Township have charged a bartender accused of taking pictures and videos of a woman using the bathroom.

The incident happened Sunday at the Clubhouse Bar at the White Meadow Lake Clubhouse.

According to police, John Daley, 50, of Flanders, allegedly used a device to photograph or record a female patron using the restroom, and then destroyed the evidence.

He's charged with invasion of privacy and hindering, and will be in court next month.
