Authorities say they found drugs while investigating the scene where one Rutgers University student allegedly stabbed another early Saturday morning.
Police say they arrived at a Sicard Street home at around 1:20 a.m. and found a 23-year-old man bleeding from the neck.
A witness told officers that Kevin Huang, 22, had stabbed the victim. Police say they found Huang on the second floor, naked and pacing back and forth.
The witness told police that both men had taken LSD earlier in the evening.
Huang was charged with attempted murder, two weapons counts, and several drug offenses.
The victim's name and condition were not immediately released by police.
