Two Bronx residents have been charged in the killing of a homeless man outside of a local church.
Police say Angel Monegro, 17, and Noel Martinez, 24, have been charged with manslaughter in the fatal beating of Miguel Dircio on the steps of the St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church.
In surveillance video, Dircio can be seen sleeping before the alleged assailants approach and begin kicking him.
Officials say Dircio died of his injuries this past weekend.
