At least three people were injured when an inflatable rock-climbing wall came loose at an event in Lakewood.
The incident happened near 500 Summer Ave. on Monday afternoon.
Lakewood police say that one person is believed to have suffered a skull fracture. Two other people had less serious injuries. News 12 has learned that a pregnant woman is among the victims.
It was not immediately clear what event was happening at the time. But News 12 saw multiple inflatable attractions and rides in the area. One particular attraction was seen deflated and separated from the others.
Authorities are investigating if there was any neglect. Witnesses told the Lakewood Scoop that wind may have played a factor in the inflatable lifting up off the ground.
The victims were taken to Jersey Shore Medical Center. Their conditions were not immediately known.
