The NYPD says two people were killed and five others were hospitalized as the result of a car crash in Bensonhurst on Monday.
They say the crash happened around 1 p.m. at the intersection of 18th Avenue and 65th Street.
Surveillance video showed one car crashing into another and jumping a curb after it sped through a red light.
It's unclear whether all the victims were inside the cars involved or if they were walking on the street. Witnesses told News 12 they heard a loud boom and ran outside to see people performing CPR.
The driver of the vehicle was hospitalized and is in custody. One of the victims is in critical condition.
No charges have been filed just yet.
