A 7-year-old boy and a 21-year-old woman were seriously injured in a Halloween night hit-and-run crash.
Neighbors on Mountain Avenue in North Plainfield say they heard a loud thud and saw a car drive off.
The minors are described as a young teen girl and a younger boy. Both were rushed to the hospital by ambulance.
Both victims were wearing costumes at the time of the crash. They were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Anyone who may have a video of information about the incident is asked to contact the police.
