The pedestrian killed in a crash this weekend on Route 3 has been identified.

According to the prosecutor’s office, Virender Garg, 36, was hit by a driver Sunday around 12:06 a.m. on the Clifton, Passaic border.

Garg was visiting the country from India.

The driver, identified as a Sparta resident, remained at the scene.

There is no word if the driver will be charged.
