A lovable 4-year-old American bully mix, Ace is equally fond of both playfulness and relaxation.
Weighing in at about 63 pounds, Ace has been living at the Bergen County Animal Shelter for almost two years - but he's eager to find his furever home, according to volunteers at the shelter.
Ace is described as being energetic and lovable.
"His combination of enjoying fetch, playing with toys, and liking to chill out makes him the perfect companion for someone looking for both an active buddy and a couch potato," workers at the shelter said.
The volunteers who have gotten to know Ace recently have said that he's very motivated by food and treats. Workers say he would be perfectly happy in a home with other kids, but they believe Ace would prefer to be the only pet in the house.
