Snow was found roaming the streets of Jersey City with her two siblings. Now, she’s ready to find her forever home.
The Shiba Inu is about 1 year old and weighs 20 pounds. She and her siblings are available for adoption through Jersey City Animal Care & Control.
Rescuers describe Snow as a social girl who loves attention. They say she’s smart, opinionated and full of love.
Because Shiba Inus were traditionally bred as hunting dogs, her rescuers do not recommend a home with cats or other small animals.
Snow would do well in an apartment as long as she gets enough exercise and supervision. She also gets along well with children, though interactions between pets and young children should always be supervised.
