A priest in Paterson accused of groping a girl will enter a pre-trial program that could lead to charges against him being dropped.
According to prosecutors, Rev. Marcin Nurek touched the 13-year-old girl last summer under her skirt.
Rev. Nurek was charged with criminal sexual contact and child endangerment.
He was also put on administrative leave by the Diocese of Paterson.
