Paterson celebrates Black History Month with Pan-African flag raising

Tuesday marked the first day of Black History Month.
To celebrate the many cultures and heritages of Black Americans, Paterson kicked off the month with a flag raising ceremony.
It is the fourth year that the Pan-African flag was raised at Paterson City Hall as a representation of sacrifice, freedom and unity.
