FORECAST:
Today's weather improves now that rain is out of the way. A few stray sprinkles are possible today with broken clouds by mid-afternoon and evening.
Clouds linger into Saturday where the morning starts chilly with temperatures in the lower 40s. There will be clouds lingering for the morning, but they will break by midday. These clouds should be thin enough to veil the sun. Although it's not a perfect blue sky, it is still very nice. High temperatures will be in the mid-60s. We may be lucky enough to get to 68 degrees.
A light northwesterly wind keeps these thin clouds for Sunday as well. High temperatures may be slightly warmer as these clouds may part enough to feature some blue sky. Highs will reach near 71.
Monday is great, the clouds are thinner, and it will be very nice. Warmer sun with highs near 73 degrees. The beaches may develop a sea breeze, especially on Monday, which will keep them cooler.
The drought has been mostly busted for NJ thanks to this last batch of rain. We still have some abnormally dry conditions in parts of the state, but it has mostly been resolved.
